About Shropshire Estate Agents
Based in the historic market town of Shrewsbury, Shropshire, Shropshire Estate Agents is a modern, independent estate agency built on experience, passion and a genuine desire to do property better.
We are proud to introduce Shropshire Estate Agents, a business founded by husband and wife team Carl and Emma. Our journey began long before launching the agency, with over six years of hands-on experience investing in property and building our own portfolio.
Through this experience, we gained a first-hand understanding of what landlords, sellers and buyers really need — clear communication, honest advice and a results-driven approach.
Carl brings practical, on-the-ground knowledge from running a successful building company, giving us valuable insight into property construction, renovation and long-term value.
Emma runs a professional video marketing agency, specialising in modern, high-impact marketing that helps properties stand out in today’s competitive property market.
As our property portfolio grew, so did our ambition. By combining our skills and experience, we saw an opportunity to offer something different to the Shropshire property market.
By joining forces with Steph, our highly experienced estate agent specialising in sales and lettings, we have created a strong and knowledgeable team dedicated to achieving the best results for our clients.
This is Shropshire Estate Agents — local expertise, modern marketing and a personal approach t

Shropshire Property & Local History
Shropshire has a rich history dating back to Roman times, when it played a key role in protecting England’s western border. It later became part of the Saxon kingdom of Mercia and remains one of the most historic counties in the UK.
The county is world-famous as the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution. The Iron Bridge at Ironbridge — the world’s first iron bridge — stands as a symbol of British innovation and engineering. Today, the Ironbridge Gorge is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a major local attraction.
